Job Title: Senior Security Operations Manager

Description:
This role involves overseeing the overall security strategy and operations within an organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure work environment, protecting employees, guests, and assets from potential threats.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols to protect personnel, property, and information
* Manage and lead a team of security personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
* Conduct regular risk assessments and implement proactive measures to mitigate potential security threats
* Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems
* Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and other relevant authorities to ensure compliance with security regulations and best practices
* Investigate and report on security incidents, preparing detailed documentation and recommending corrective actions
* Develop and conduct security awareness training programs for employees at all levels of the organization

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field preferred
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a security management role, preferably in a corporate environment
* Certifications in Fire Safety Management, CPR, and First Aid Management
* Strong knowledge of security operations, risk management, and emergency response procedures
* Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop security personnel
* Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
* Demonstrated ability to remain calm and make quick, decisive decisions in high-pressure situations
