ERP Functional Senior Consultant Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned ERP Functional Senior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading complex ERP projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP implementations, functional configuration, and business process optimization across multiple industries. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define business processes, and translate them into Functional Design Documents (FDDs).

  • We are seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of relevant experience in ERP implementations, functional configuration, and business process optimization.
  • A proven track record of successfully leading at least two full-cycle ERP implementations from requirement gathering to go-live support is required.
  • The successful candidate will also have strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, testing, and deploying Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing ensuring best practices and process improvements. Additionally, you will collaborate with technical teams for system integrations, customizations, and data migrations. The selected candidate will provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution, enhancements, and SLA-based ticket handling.

  • You will manage UAT, go-live planning, and post-implementation hypercare support.
  • Conducting end-user training and ensuring seamless adoption of ERP functionalities is also a key responsibility.

The successful candidate will ensure adherence to ERP project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and industry best practices. Additionally, they will guide and mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
