We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our planning efforts.


Responsibilities:
  • Determine high-level financial objectives, including pre-season financial plans and in-season projections, to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain department/category merchandise MIS analytics based on actual sales and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create merchandise plans based on insights gained from analytics, customer preference, and historical trends.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize processes and improve productivity in Production and Operations.
  • Implement Training and Development Programs to educate staff about SOPs.
  • Oversee effective in-season management across territories, including stock balancing and markdown management.
