About the Role

In this opportunity, you will work with application teams to manage and support applications in production, ensuring seamless delivery and deployment. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining monitoring tools, such as Datadog, AppDynamics, and Splunk, to provide real-time visibility into system performance and reliability.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in cloud computing, with experience in AWS services such as ECS, EMR, State Machines, and CloudFormation. You will also need to have expertise in observability and monitoring tools, as well as a deep understanding of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and User Monitoring.

  • 3-4 years of experience in an enterprise-level operations support role, SRE, or DevOps role.
  • Expertise in AWS CloudFormation, Ansible, Terraform, and other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM process, SI/SLO/SLA management, incident resolution, and automation techniques.
  • Ability to analyze application and server logs, interpret errors, and implement processes for incident response and automated recovery.
