Lead Data Architect Position

Job Description:

  • Transformative Leadership: We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Architect to spearhead our data strategy, fostering innovative solutions that drive business growth.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to identify data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Design and implement scalable, high-performance data models, data warehouses, and integration solutions using various technologies.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of data systems, adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior team members, driving their professional growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: 8-10 years of experience in data architecture, modeling, and database design, with a proven track record of leading teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with data warehouse platforms (Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery), programming languages (Python, Scala, R, PHP, Golang, .NET, C#, Shell Scripting, NodeJS), and cloud data platforms (CDP).
  • Cloud and Digital Transformation: Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS applications (ADO, Salesforce, Workday, SAP).
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
