Business Development Manager

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion in the US staffing market. This is a key role that requires forging new relationships and generating business opportunities across diverse industries.

The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored staffing solutions that meet the evolving needs of US-based clients. If you have experience in sales, knowledge of the US staffing landscape, and a proven track record of building long-term client partnerships—this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Sales Strategy
  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients within the US staffing and recruitment space.
  • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Leverage networking, cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and participation in industry events.

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust, service quality, and business value.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand staffing needs and provide tailored workforce solutions.

Revenue Growth & Target Achievement

  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets with a focus on sustainable revenue and client retention.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast accurately for senior leadership.

Proposal Development & Contract Negotiation

  • Create compelling proposals, RFPs, and pricing models aligned with client expectations.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals that ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

Collaboration with Delivery Teams

  • Partner with recruiters and delivery managers to ensure alignment on client expectations.
  • Support candidate shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding processes as needed.

Market Intelligence

  • Stay ahead of market trends, industry shifts, competitor strategies, and client hiring patterns.
  • Provide insights to help shape service offerings and improve market positioning.

Reporting & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and deliver timely reports on pipeline, activity, and sales performance.
