Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Experience in full sales cycle, including deal closing and negotiation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • CRM experience is preferred

Experience: 5-8 years in sales and business development

Prospective candidates should have experience in IT staffing and lead generation. Strong experience in pre-sales is also essential.

Coordination with the TAT team and handling client relationships are key aspects of this role.
