Business Growth Strategist

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle, with a strong focus on building and maintaining client relationships. They should be confident in their ability to analyze market trends and establish competitive advantages.
Responsibilities:

- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Manage the sales pipeline to ensure targets are met

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in sales or a related field
- Experience in full sales cycle, including deal closing and negotiation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CRM experience is preferred
Experience: 5-8 years in sales and business development
Prospective candidates should have experience in IT staffing and lead generation. Strong experience in pre-sales is also essential.
Coordination with the TAT team and handling client relationships are key aspects of this role.
