Role Overview

A talented individual is sought to spearhead the development and implementation of end-to-end influencer marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in crafting and executing innovative campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and boost customer acquisition.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches and maintain professional relationships with content creators, influencers, and brand partners. Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and proficiency in email marketing tools, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Influencer Marketing Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive influencer marketing plans tailored to specific campaign goals and audience segments.
  • Build Relationships with Content Creators and Influencers: Identify, evaluate, and establish lasting relationships with premium creators and influencers across various platforms.
  • Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and target demographics to inform influencer selections and campaign direction.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the internal marketing team to integrate influencer strategies with broader digital campaigns and brand messaging.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in influencer marketing.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in email marketing tools, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms, and a collaborative mindset.
