Job Title: HR Development Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR professional to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

About the Role:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and internal databases.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding activities including documentation and orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with employee engagement and training program coordination.
  • Handle routine HR administrative tasks and support HR team initiatives.
  • Participate in maintaining confidentiality and professional standards in HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Eagerness to learn, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
