Job Title: Operations Management Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Management Lead to lead our operations team and ensure customer satisfaction. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion. You will also manage internal stakeholders to provide support in meeting customer promised timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of operations leads to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely project completion
  • Manage internal stakeholders to provide support in meeting customer promised timelines and quality standards
  • Own the customer experience from booking to delivery
  • Act as the highest point of escalation for regional issues
  • Continuously coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly
  • Empower team members to solve problems on ground
  • Ensure team adherence to defined process SOPs and standards

Requirements:

  • NIT/BITS/IIT or MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred
  • 7-12 years of overall work experience in startups or operations in similar industries
  • People management skills with direct team reporting experience
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
