Strategic Training Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Training Lead to design and deliver impactful training programs for our sales and business development teams.

This is a senior-level role with high visibility across the organization. The primary responsibility will be to ensure that our teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge to exceed targets.

  • Training Program Development
  • Design and deliver dynamic, activity-driven sessions where people learn by doing not just listening.
  • Create structured forums for peer-to-peer learning and growth.
  • Implement buddy training and mentorship programs to support new hires.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and on-the-job training to enhance execution.
  • Lead interactive virtual sessions on sales skills, product knowledge, communication, and closing.
  • Content Creation
  • Craft content assessments and adaptive learning paths using AI and LLMs.
  • Use AI-driven workflows to personalize training experiences and speed up design build role-play scenarios.
  • Develop instructional design and create clear engaging decks that simplify complex ideas.
  • Utilize tools such as Articulate 360 Camtasia or similar platforms.
  • Program Evaluation
  • Monitor skill gaps and quickly turn them into training opportunities.
  • Track training effectiveness and tie it back to performance on the ground.
  • Take full ownership of delivery and outcomes ensuring programs are on time visible and outcome-driven.
