Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Quantity Surveyor MEP/Civil. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the measurement and estimation of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough site measurements and prepare accurate quantities and costs for building elements.
  • Review deliverables from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet project deadlines and milestones.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced measuring skills on all relevant building trades and elements.
  • Reasonable knowledge of building cost economics and technology.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and information.
  • Proficient in measurement software on CAD or equivalent platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
