About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing budgets, timelines, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tendering and Contract Administration: Manage the tendering process, evaluate bids, and administer contracts with contractors and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in construction project management
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
