Job Summary:

The Human Capital Reporting Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced reporting solutions to support HR projects and stakeholders. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, technical skills in data management, and excellent communication abilities.

About the Role:

This position will focus on creating complex statistical models, building data visualizations, and providing high-level consulting services to identify and support HR and business reporting needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday PRISM, database management, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing requirements and implementing analytics in the Workday reporting suite
  • Engineering PRISM solutions for both front-end reporting deliveries and back-end process efficiencies
  • Providing management support to the HR function in the areas of people metrics reporting and advanced analytics
  • Participating in analysis to understand effectiveness of new initiatives and identify trends
  • Maintaining and ensuring integrity of key HR data sets, reports, and metrics

Requirements:

- 2+ years of relevant experience on Workday PRISM
- Advanced experience with Workday reporting tools and PRISM
- Knowledge around database management in relation to PRISM
- Demonstrated experience building complex statistical models
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
