Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional service to our customers. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing service requests efficiently and professionally.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate technical team.
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm details.
  • Process service requests, track service progress, and update customer records accurately.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Familiarity with products and services is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
