Finance Operations Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Finance Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end accounting and book closure activities across multiple entities. This is a high-impact role that demands a strong foundation in accounting and international financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and oversee the overall accounting strategy and day-to-day finance operations of the organization.
  • Manage core accounting functions including general ledger, payroll, utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Handle reconciliations related to capital assets, trust accounts, check runs, fixed asset activity, and debt activity.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data to generate timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, policies, and procedures while maintaining a deep understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
  • Drive timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures as per company expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a professional with a solid understanding of income tax and GST provisions, with practical application to day-to-day transactions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ZOHO and Tally, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and be comfortable using AI tools for productivity enhancement. A degree in CA, CMA, or ICWA is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) or semi-qualified professionals with 8 - 9 years of relevant combined experience.
