Human Resources Director Job

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead our HR function. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have extensive experience in manpower planning, recruitment, employee engagement, and industrial relations.

  • The selected individual will oversee time office, payroll, attendance, and shift management systems while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • They will also be responsible for implementing HR policies, performance management systems, and career development frameworks that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Key qualifications include a strong educational background and at least 15 years of experience in HR Management, as well as a deep understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead all plant-level HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage industrial relations and maintain strong union/worker relationships while ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee time office, payroll, attendance, and shift management systems.
  • Implement HR policies, performance management systems, and career development frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and welfare regulations in line with factory and distillery operations.
  • Act as a strategic partner to plant leadership, supporting productivity and workforce efficiency.
  • Manage disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution with fairness and transparency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong educational background required.
  • At least 15 years of experience in HR Management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, IR, and statutory compliance.
