Job Title

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing communication across stakeholders, maintaining and updating candidate data in ATS and recruitment trackers, and collaborating with recruiters and business teams to provide end-to-end interview coordination support.

They will also ensure the hiring process runs smoothly and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage communication across stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Maintain and update candidate data in ATS and recruitment trackers
  • Collaborate with recruiters and business teams for end-to-end Interview coordination support

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in talent coordination or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work under pressure
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using ATS platforms, Excel/Google Sheets, Outlook, and virtual interview tools
