Quality Assurance Manager

\

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the quality of our products by implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to analysis and verification methods.

\

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality control system deficiencies, establishing specifications for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products, and developing and validating analytical methods in accordance with cGMP requirements.

\

In this role, you will manage resources and manpower, including approving or disapproving materials and reporting directly to the Head Quality. Additionally, you will monitor laboratory chemicals, purchase requisitions, and review test reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and implement SOPs relevant to product analysis and method validation protocols\
  • Manage compliance with quality control system deficiencies and establish specifications for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products\
  • Develop and validate analytical methods in accordance with cGMP requirements\
  • Manage resources and manpower, including approving or disapproving materials and reporting directly to the Head Quality\
  • Monitor laboratory chemicals, purchase requisitions, and review test reports\
  • Approve and revise SOPs as required and prepare new SOPs as needed\
  • Prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple tasks effectively\
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills\
  • Maintain strong knowledge of quality control systems and analytical methods\

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, biology, or engineering\
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role\
  • Skillset: Strong knowledge of quality control systems and analytical methods, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities\
  • Certifications: cGMP certification is preferred but not required\
