The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in quality management, with experience in implementing and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Quality Standards: Create inspection standards and quality judgment criteria for products; oversee the effective implementation of these standards.
  2. Process Improvement and Control: Monitor process control in EMS and drive continuous improvement of quality performance.
  3. Quality Data Analysis and Improvement: Collect and analyze quality data; organize teams to develop and implement quality improvement actions.
  4. Problem-Solving and Reporting: Follow the FA (Failure Analysis) process for customer returns and submit 8D reports with effective problem-solving.
  5. Audit and Issue Resolution: Handle customer audits, internal audits, and hierarchical audits; ensure timely closure of identified issues.

Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above with at least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing.
  2. Language Proficiency: Native English speaker (Chinese proficiency is a strong plus).
  3. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with EMS SMT/PCBA processes and quality operations; strong knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system.
  4. Skills and Tools: Proficiency in quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies.
