Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the introduction of a new product, focusing on its lifecycle from concept to launch. This high-impact role involves overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and quality metrics across the product life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage concurrent projects from inception to delivery, guaranteeing prompt completion and high-quality results throughout the product's lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, design, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, service, and marketing, to meet product specifications, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.
  • Promote supplier and vendor engagement during development and ramp-up, while establishing clear program governance and risk management frameworks.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Comprehensive understanding of appliance product development, preferably in water purifiers/home appliances/consumer electronics.
  • Knowledge of plastic parts, filtration technologies, electronics integration, pumps/valves, and assembly processes.
  • Hands-on experience in DFMA, validation testing, regulatory certifications (ROHS, ISI, BIS, NSF, etc.).
