Job Title: Product Integrity Specialist

The Product Integrity Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of raw materials and finished goods by implementing robust inspection processes.

This position demands hands-on experience, analytical skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve zero-defect output and continuous improvement in quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and Verify Incoming Goods: Inspect and verify incoming raw materials, components, and parts against specifications and purchase orders.
  • Prepare Inspection Reports: Prepare detailed inspection reports and escalate any deviations found.
  • Participate in Quality Processes: Participate in First Article Inspections (FAI) and sample approval processes.
  • Conduct In-Process Quality Checks: Conduct regular in-process quality checks across production stages to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Identify Defects and Deviations: Identify real-time defects or process deviations and initiate immediate corrective actions.
  • Maintain Quality Checkpoints: Ensure adherence to quality checkpoints and control plans on the shop floor.
  • Collaborate with Production Teams: Collaborate with production supervisors and operators for smooth implementation of quality standards.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis: Lead or support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) for defects or non-conformities.
  • Sustain Continuous Improvement: Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Record Inspection Data: Maintain comprehensive inspection records, reports, and change logs.
  • Calibrate Inspection Tools: Ensure all inspection tools and gauges are calibrated and used correctly.
  • Support Audits: Support internal and external audits with traceable documentation.
