As a Cloud Infrastructure Manager at innova-esi, you will play a key role in maintaining our company's cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in managing cloud infrastructure with expertise in CCP, microservices integration, Amazon Lex management, Amazon Kinesis management, and AWS Contact Lens management.

You will be responsible for provisioning and management of the Amazon Connect instance using the AWS Management Console, monitoring and logging performance and activity metrics using Amazon CloudWatch, and managing user permissions and access control using AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM).

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also integrate microservices into serverless workflows using AWS Step Functions, build conversational interfaces using voice and text with Amazon Lex, and process data in real-time using AWS Lambda.

Furthermore, you will analyze customer conversations with machine learning using AWS Contact Lens, convert speech to text using Amazon Transcribe, and perform natural language processing and sentiment analysis using Amazon Comprehend.

You will store conversation transcripts and analysis results in Amazon S3. Your secondary skills include knowledge of Avaya CC, Genesys Cloud Contact Center, NICE, and basic configuration and advanced call routing & queuing strategies.
