SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect Position

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our SAP Practice, you will be responsible for driving strategic leadership and hands-on expertise to drive transformative SAP SuccessFactors programs for global enterprises.

Job Description

This role demands exceptional skills and qualifications in SAP HCM & SAP SuccessFactors with a strong focus on Employee Central, Onboarding, and Recruiting covering the complete Hire-to-Retire process.

  • A minimum of 15 years of overall experience in SAP HCM & SAP SuccessFactors with at least 7+ years in SuccessFactors implementation & consulting.
  • Proven Subject Matter Expertise in cross-module integrations with SAP ERP, Non-SAP systems, Payroll, Benefits, and other enterprise applications.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their goals. Your extensive experience delivering global, multi-module, multi-location SuccessFactors programs in complex environments will be invaluable in this role.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive solution design, documentation, and advisory presentations for global customers.
  2. Provide hands-on functional delivery and ensure high-quality implementation.
  3. Lead discovery workshops, strategy discussions, and design thinking sessions.
  4. Participate actively in pre-sales cycles including RFP responses, estimations, and solution demos.
  5. Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle and provide AMS support as needed.
  6. Step into the Project Manager role when required.
  7. Mentor, train, and lead junior consultants, fostering talent growth within the team.
  8. Conduct performance feedback, evaluations, and ratings for downstream resources.
  9. Manage Proofs of Concept (POCs), solution demos, and creation of sales collaterals.
  10. Liaise with SAP to maintain SuccessFactors partnership status.
  11. Contribute to thought leadership by publishing blogs, whitepapers, and participating in industry events/webinars.
  12. Travel onsite (domestic/international) for customer engagements as necessary.
  13. Lead and grow the SAP SuccessFactors practice, scaling headcount with business demand.
  14. Deliver cost optimization, automation, and rapid deployment solutions for clients.
  15. Ensure integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems is seamless.
  16. Report regularly on practice growth, KPIs, and strategic initiatives to the SAP Practice Head.
