We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our housekeeping team and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest service in our property.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and guide housekeeping staff members.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities for cleanliness.
  • Create duty rosters and manage staff schedules effectively.
  • Monitor inventory levels of linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Address guest requests and complaints in a professional manner.
  • E nsure adherence to rigorous hygiene, safety, and brand standards at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the Housekeeping Department.
  • Prior experience in a star-category property is highly recommended.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, housekeeping equipment, and chemicals is necessary.
  • The ability to work under pressure, including shifts, weekends, and holidays, is required.
  • A minimum 12th pass; a Diploma Degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
