We are hiring an experienced **Housekeeping Supervisor** to lead our housekeeping team and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest service in our star-category property.

Key Responsibilities
- upervise, train, and guide housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for cleanliness.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage staff schedules.
- Monitor inventory of linen, cleaning supplies & equipment.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams.
- Handle guest requests/complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and brand standards**Requirements**:

- Minimum **4-5 years’ experience** in the **Housekeeping Department**.

**Requirement**
- **Mandatory**: Prior experience in a **star-category property**.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, housekeeping equipment & chemicals.
- Ability to work under pressure, including shifts, weekends & holidays.
- Minimum 12th pass; Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.20 - ₹17,000.59 per month
