\Main Responsibilities:\

  • To monitor vessel performance, track bunker consumption, and evaluate charter party terms for efficient fleet operation.\
  • To collect cargo documents from vessels, analyze performance metrics, and prepare freight invoices for timely payment.\
  • To issue accurate charter hire invoices, freight invoices, and demurrage invoices to charterers or brokers within established deadlines.\
  • To assist the Vessel Operation Manager in day-to-day tasks for smooth vessel operation and team support.\
  • To select, appoint, and approve agency representatives and their performance evaluations.\
  • To ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards for marine operations.\
  • To maintain accurate records of vessel performance, cargo documentation, and financial transactions.\
  • To communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and crew members.\
  • To participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in marine operations.
