Electrical Low Voltage Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Low Voltage Systems Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing Electrical, Low Voltage (ELV) systems for data centers and industrial projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design of Building Management Systems, Chiller plant Automation, Fire detection, Public Address, Telecom, and Security system for Data Center or Industrial Projects.
  • Conceptual design at the preliminary stage by understanding project requirements following relevant codes & standards.
  • Selection of best-suited instruments or devices and their specifications for building automation, fire alarm, and security system design.
  • Preparation and review of Basis of Design.
  • Detail drawings for field devices and cable conduit layouts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in handling ELV Design activities.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering.
  • Familiarity with Data Center Master Plan, Concept, Schematics.
  • Fair understanding of TIA-942-B Standard for Data Centers.
  • Hands-on experience of Indian and International codes for the design.

Key Skills:

  • Self-driven with good management and reporting capabilities.
  • Understanding on TIA-942-B Standard for Data Centers.
  • Knowledge of 3D engineering, proficiency in reviewing 3D models using Navisworks is mandatory.
  • Competent user of MS Office 365: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Software Competency:

  • Application of 3D review software like Navisworks.
  • Application of other supporting software like Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat.
