About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our new initiative focused on supporting gifted children through a parent-led approach.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to scale and optimize programs for maximum impact and sustainability.
  • Designing targeted initiatives to achieve defined objectives, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and goals.
  • Establishing performance indicators to assess program effectiveness and refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Overseeing the development of comprehensive curricula that foster holistic growth in children.
  • Leading the recruitment, training, and management of high-performing operations teams.
  • Collaborating closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive organizational alignment and streamline operations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record of implementing solutions at scale, leveraging strategic planning and innovative problem-solving.
  • An exceptional drive for results, delivering high-impact projects on time and within scope.
  • Prior exposure to the concept of Giftedness, including an understanding of unique needs and characteristics of gifted individuals.
  • Experience in designing initiatives that support gifted learners or professionals, fostering an environment that nurtures their potential.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating deep expertise and a strong track record of success.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and manage diverse teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with stakeholders and influencing key decision-makers.
