Job Opportunity

The Executive Program Director will oversee and manage complex implementation programs, ensuring successful execution from inception to delivery. This role demands a highly experienced individual with a strong background in program management, leadership, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Takes full ownership of assigned programs and ensures their successful completion.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, steering program discussions and managing expectations.
  • Maintains a program tracker for each of the programs and proactively escalates issues for leadership intervention.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lets, mentors, and manages a team of program managers, liaison with developers, QA, and other stakeholders involved for program delivery.
  • Fosters a collaborative and results-driven team environment, promoting accountability and professional growth.
  • Monitors team performance and provides constructive feedback to ensure program milestones are met.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Conducts regular status meetings and acts as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and streamline workflows.

Business Performance and Reporting:

  • Develops and executes weekly and monthly business review plans with clients.
  • Prepares and presents program performance reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights.

Risk Management and Problem Solving:

  • Identifies program risks and implements mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Troubleshoots technical and operational issues, ensuring quick resolution to maintain program timelines.

Process Improvement:

  • Implements industry best practices to improve program management workflows.
  • Innovates processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of program execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, with at least 3 years in a senior/team handling role.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering multiple, high-impact technical programs on time.
