Financial Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to oversee our multi-location operations and ensure compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Tax Filing and Compliance: Manage tax filings, ROC registration, GST registration, income tax returns, and amendments.
  • Professional Tax Obligations: Oversee professional tax obligations across multiple states (Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra, West Bengal, etc.).
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate books using Busy accounting software; prepare and file returns using CompuTax or similar software.
  • Multi-Branch Accounting: Oversee accounting for multiple branches and locations, ensuring tight control and consistency.
  • E-commerce Accounting: Handle all aspects of e-commerce accounting (order reconciliation, payout tracking, GST nuances, returns, etc.).
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create and manage advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and reconciliations.
  • Collaboration and Compliance: Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams to keep processes streamlined and fully compliant.
  • Vendor and Customer Reconciliation:

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have a strong background in accounting and taxation, preferably with CA (Inter) certification.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in managing finances, taxation, and compliance for multi-location businesses is required.
  • Technical proficiency in Busy accounting software and working knowledge of tax return software like CompuTax are essential.
  • In-depth experience with GST, TDS, ROC, and multi-state Professional Tax compliance is necessary.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce accounting, including handling multiple platforms and complex reconciliations.
  • Advanced Excel skills: pivots, macros, VLOOKUPs, and report automation are highly valued.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and integrity are non-negotiable.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
