Lead Workday Financials Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled expert to lead end-to-end workstreams for client implementations of Workday Financials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned Workday Financials workstreams from planning to deployment.
  • Interpret and translate client requirements into effective Workday configuration solutions.
  • Guide, mentor, and support team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication.
  • Proactively identify risks/issues and escalate as needed to avoid project delays.

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of Workday Financials and excellent leadership skills. They will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications include Workday Financials certification in one or more modules, a minimum of 2+ full-cycle Workday Financials implementations from scratch, and strong functional knowledge across finance domains.
