Financial Operations Manager - US & India

  • Accounting & Compliance:
    • Manage daily financial transactions, ensure accurate recording and compliance with Indian accounting standards, US GAAP, and internal policies.
    • Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Global Operations Support:
    • Support transfer pricing compliance and related documentation.
    • Handle cross-border payments, FEMA compliance, and banking liaison.
    • Assist in consolidation of group accounts.
  • Expense Management:
    • Record, monitor, and clear company expenses ensuring compliance with policies and budgets.
    • Handle employee reimbursements and expense reports.
  • Statutory Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with Indian statutory requirements including TDS, GST, PF, PT, and other applicable laws.
    • Prepare and file necessary returns and reports on time.
  • Import/Export Transactions:
    • Manage import/export transactions, Bill of Entry (BOE) and ORM mapping.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Purchase Orders & Sales Orders:
    • Create and manage Purchase Orders and Sales Orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Audit & Reporting:
    • Support statutory and internal audits.
    • Assist in MIS reports for management.
    • Maintain accurate records for due diligence and fundraising-related requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Professional qualification preferred: CA Inter.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
  • Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards.
  • Familiarity with TDS, GST, PF, PT, and other Indian statutory requirements.
  • Familiarity with US GAAP a plus.
  • Proficient in Zoho Books and MS Office Suite.
