Job Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as an education development intern. As an education development intern, you will be responsible for designing and implementing educational programs for children aged 4–14 years.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop project-based learning activities & projects that foster creativity and problem-solving skills in STEM subjects.
  • Support educators in creating educational materials such as worksheets, workbooks & project templates that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Prepare for and assist in educational sessions that promote hands-on learning experiences.
  • Guide students in building DIY science projects with real-world applications and ensure they understand the underlying concepts.
  • Monitor student engagement and provide constructive feedback on their progress.
  • Help manage classroom activities and maintain a well-organized inventory of educational resources.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Sciences / Mathematics or related fields.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A hands-on approach to project development with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • A passion for teaching, creativity, and inspiring young learners.
  • Proactive, dependable, and organized with a strong attention to detail.
