Higher Education Abroad Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-oriented professional to assist students in their pursuit of higher education abroad. As a Higher Education Abroad Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing personalized guidance, assisting with admission and visa processes, and ensuring high student satisfaction and successful conversions.

  • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions (in-person or virtual) to assess student goals, background, and eligibility.
  • Advise students on suitable universities, courses, countries, scholarships, and application strategies.
  • Support students throughout the admission process—application filing, documentation, LORs, SOPs, and fee payments.
  • Guide students and parents through the visa process, including preparing them for interviews and document collection.
  • Coordinate with university representatives, internal teams, and embassy/visa offices when needed.
  • Maintain accurate student records in CRM tools and provide timely reports.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets related to applications, offers, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with current trends in international education and maintain relationships with partner universities.
  • Attend training, webinars, and internal strategy meetings.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency is essential).
  • Empathetic listener and persuasive communicator.
  • Knowledge of the international education landscape (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
  • Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
