Technical Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional remote support for video conferencing, audio-visual, and webcasting technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Services:
    • Assist in scheduling conferences and webcasts.
    • Manage service mailbox.
    • Monitor performance metrics.
    • Update tickets related to AV and webcasting technologies.
  • Video Call and Webcast Support:
    • Ensure video endpoints are operational.
    • Prepare webcast events, including creating event webpages.
    • Monitor live webcast events and troubleshoot issues.
  • Commissioning Services:
    • Configure Cisco Video Conferencing Codecs and streaming encoders.
    • Test endpoints and network devices.
  • Application Support:
    • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for MS Teams and other platforms.
    • Collaborate with Product Engineers to resolve application issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in AV support, video conferencing, and webcast management.
  • Familiarity with Cisco Video Codecs, VBrick Rev, and related AV/IT infrastructure.

Priorities:

  • Knowledge of webcast and streaming platforms.
  • Experience with AV commissioning and room setup.
