As a key member of our organization, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our EH&S business function and IT teams. Your role will be to manage EH&S-related IT projects from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.

Key responsibilities include performing business analysis to translate EH&S business needs into actionable IT requirements and solutions, collaborating with global process owners to ensure alignment with local needs, and coordinating enhancements, upgrades, and integrations of EH&S solutions within our enterprise landscape.

Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring service performance, ensuring SLA adherence, providing governance and compliance oversight, and supporting change management and adoption of EH&S tools across business units.

  • 10–15 years of experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, or service management.
  • Strong knowledge of EH&S processes and supporting IT systems (SAP EH&S, Enablon, or similar platforms).
  • Experience in project management, including end-to-end IT project lifecycle.
  • Good understanding of ITIL practices, including incident, change, release, and problem management.
  • Hands-on experience with service and vendor management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to bridge IT and business functions.
  • Experience working in global environments with multiple business units and process owners.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for EH&S systems.

Preferred qualifications include exposure to SAP S/4HANA EH&S or related modules, ITIL, PMP, or BA certifications, and experience in integration of EH&S tools with ERP and reporting platforms.
