Job Title: Service Desk Professional
">About the Role:
- We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing L1/L1.5 technical guidance in activities associated with identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems through Phone, Email, and Chat.
- Your key responsibilities will include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps. You will work closely with customers and departments within the Client Infrastructure to ensure seamless support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong troubleshooting knowledge of MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office, and COTS applications.
- Sound knowledge of ITIL best practices around Incident and Request Management procedures.
- Excellent customer handling skills and good communication skills with minimum 1 year of international calling experience.
- A Graduate degree is required; B.Tech/B.E or any other technical degree is preferred.
- You must be comfortable working in rotational shifts with a 24x7 support window.
