As a seasoned analytics leader, you will spearhead our data analytics function and unlock strategic insights across the organization. This high-impact leadership role requires building and scaling a data-driven culture, enabling informed decision-making, and aligning analytics with business goals.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term growth. Key responsibilities include developing and executing performance marketing strategies, building and leading a high-performing analytics team, defining team structure and roles, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize ROI.

A strong track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs is essential. In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, analytics tools, and data modeling concepts is also required. Experience with data warehouses and ability to translate complex data into compelling business stories is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing analytics team, including data analysts, BI engineers, and data scientists.
  • Define team structure, roles, and responsibilities to align with business priorities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability of analytics infrastructure.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.

What We're Looking For :

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or growth roles with at least 4+ years leading analytics teams in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools, SQL, and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with data warehouses and ability to translate complex data into compelling business stories.
