Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead to join our team.

This is a full-time position that involves leading the implementation and management of ServiceNow solutions for our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, excellent leadership skills, and experience with ServiceNow platforms and tools.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Lead or Admin
  • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs
  • Skilled in creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs
  • Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, UI policies
  • Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems
  • Proficient in setting up and tracking metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance
  • Demonstrated leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes
  • Strong collaboration skills with HR, IT, and Facilities to define and streamline workflows
  • Experienced in audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training L1/L2 teams
