Activation Manager

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced media activation specialist to join our team.

This role will involve planning, activating, executing, and optimising performance media campaigns across digital channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic, and ABM platforms.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships at multiple stakeholder levels.
  • Act as strategic partner, advising clients on activation best practices and innovative solutions in digital media aligned with their objectives.
  • Proactively manage client expectations, providing clear communication, timely updates, and thoughtful recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for campaigns and activations across digital, experiential, and media channels
  • Translate client briefs into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital media planning and buying, with a minimum of 3 years in B2B, within a performance marketing environment
  • Hands-on with platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, DV360, and are comfortable setting up, managing, and optimising campaigns
