Role Description

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness and user growth through strategic partnerships with content creators and influencers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing influencer collaborations across social platforms to create impactful campaigns.

  • Identify, shortlist, and onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Negotiate collaborations, contracts, and deliverables with influencers/creators
  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns to promote our brand and offerings
  • Coordinate with content/design teams to provide briefs, creatives, and campaign assets
  • Track influencer content performance, measure ROI, and optimize future partnerships
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies for long-term collaborations
  • Monitor social trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging creators

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services
  3. Manage and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms
  4. Analyze and report on social media metrics and adjust the strategy accordingly
Requirements
  • 0-1 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-video content ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort in analyzing campaign performance metrics
  • Should be camera-friendly and confident in representing the brand in influencer-driven campaigns or social content
