Lead Software Engineer

At our cutting-edge technology company, we are driving innovation across the entire tech stack by pushing the boundaries of what is possible. We are seeking a technical leader who can design and build simple yet elegant solutions to complex problems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a technical roadmap to scale our technology capabilities, including applications, platforms, and infrastructure. This requires strong technical expertise in backend and infrastructure development, as well as hands-on experience with large-scale databases, high-scale messaging systems, and real-time job queues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a technical vision to drive business growth and innovation
  • Design and build highly scalable and low-latency distributed systems for real-time data processing
  • Drive best-in-class engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create technical plans and lead their execution
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a top-tier institution
  • 5+ years of experience in backend and infrastructure development with a strong track record
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale databases, high-scale messaging systems, and real-time job queues
  • Experience mentoring and providing technical leadership to other engineers
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with Google Cloud, Django, Postgres, Celery, and Redis
  • Some experience with AI infrastructure and operations
