About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our customer support team. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the first point of contact for users booking experiences across multiple cities.
- You will respond to customer queries through chat, email, and phone in a prompt and clear manner.
- Assist users with bookings, cancellations, refunds, and troubleshooting.
- Liaise with experience providers and internal teams to resolve guest concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Demonstrate a friendly, helpful tone across all communication channels.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Freshers welcome - an entry-level position with opportunities for growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and multitasking.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
