Job Description:

Manage Retail Projects with Excellence

We seek a skilled Deputy Manager to oversee retail project management, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate vendor performance against agreed statements of work and recommend necessary actions.

  2. Conduct technical evaluations of properties in accordance with guidelines and obtain senior stakeholder approvals.

  3. Evaluate design documents received from vendors and coordinate execution to meet project requirements.

  4. Monitor projects daily to ensure adherence to guidelines and specifications, certifying completion for quality control purposes.

  5. Prepare post-project reports incorporating all documentation as per specifications for business handover.
