Job Title: Territory Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Territory Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has a strong ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage a territory of assigned customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying and resolving any issues or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to continuously improve services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service center or warehouse environment.
  • Age 20-28 years old.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in local geography and navigation skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a two-wheeler.
  • High organizational commitment and good communication skills in Local Hindi and English languages.
  • Preferably basic computer skills and knowledge of local area.
