Electrical Maintenance Lead

About the Role
  • Provide expert guidance and support to the team on electrical maintenance matters.
  • Lead and manage a team of skilled engineers to ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in electrical engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including HVAC, BMS, IBMS, and life safety systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused approach.
