The successful applicant will report directly to the Accounting Supervisor and must be able to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.

  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements.
  • Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
  • Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue.
  • Maintain and record fixed assets.
  • Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary.
  • Prepare court-mandated annual accounting reports and inventories for client discharges as necessary.
Key Responsibilities

• Financial Record Accuracy: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• TALLY and MS Excel Proficiency: Expertise in accounting software TALLY and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders about financial matters.

• Analytical Skills: Needed to identify discrepancies and analyze financial trends.

• Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years' related experience preferred.

• Hands-on experience working with general ledgers.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Proficient with TALLY, including Microsoft Office.

• Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
