Job Description

The role of a Senior Support Specialist involves providing technical assistance to various departments within the organization. This includes ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of reports and dashboards, developing automated PowerPoint presentations to analyze trends and performance, and collaborating with other teams to gather and analyze data for reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain MIS systems to meet organizational needs
  • Assist the Global Safety lead in preparing Safety Management Plans (SMPs) and other safety-specific documentation
  • Support the Global Safety lead in reconciling safety databases when appropriate
  • Draft and deliver safety presentations to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements

Applicants should have 5+ years of relevant experience in MIS, preferably within a CRO background. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a life science field is also preferred. Technical skills such as knowledge of PowerBI and SQL are advantageous, as well as strong analytical and coordination skills with meticulous attention to detail.
