Summary of the Role:

We are seeking a BI Data Analyst/Specialist 3, a role that blends data analysis with machine learning engineering. The successful candidate will conduct consultative analytics and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making for our business partners and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver analyses and strategic recommendations to management and business partners.
  • Build self-service dashboards and create presentations for senior management.
  • Streamline work processes to improve overall efficiency.
  • Proactively collaborate with business and finance teams.
  • Provide insightful reporting and analytics that adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Support investment opportunities through cost-benefit analyses.
  • Engage actively with energy, enthusiasm, and a spirit of teamwork.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must-Have:
  • 6-9 years of overall experience
  • Strong expertise in Data Analytics & Modelling, including predictive modelling and time series forecasting, preferably in workforce optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; able to navigate ambiguity independently.
  • Ability to translate research and analysis into accessible visuals and recommendations for non-technical audiences.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities while maintaining regular work outputs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Intellectually curious, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
  • Nice-to-Have:
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders with confidence.
